“Customer service is excellent, delivery time could be better seeing as they use UPS now. Also it would be amazing if they had most of their items in stock or they could state the item is out of stock before you click on the picture (for an example) or better yet remove the item if you aren’t ever going to get it back in stock!”

“I have received an email from preppers shop asking for a review so here it is. I ordered from this company towards the end of February they replied asking for proof of ID on Feb 27th when I then provided on March 2nd. The next day on March 3rd they replied stating that "order has been marked as dispatched" very prompt I thought. However nothing has turned up so I am wondering if "marked as dispatched" actually means its left their premises. I have chased my order via email twice on March 9th 15:37 and March 10th 16:43 and have not had a response. They do not answer their phone either. I strongly advise that if you must buy through this company to pay by paypal rather than just by credit/debit card, that way you will be able to easily claim the money back if they dont bother sending out your order and ignore your emails.”

“Recently picked up my MOD survival knife from Preppers Shop. Good solid item 1095 High Carbon steel blade for around £30....thats a bargain! The service was good and after age verification the knife was sent out post haste! I recommend these guys!”

“Lincoln is one the very best company CEO's and his quality merchandise speaks for itself. Amazing Thax Gladius sword £39.99 and most companies would charge you 70 quid. I highly recommend preppers shop uk. Matt Pickerill”

“Excellent service and good selection of products. Only slight niggle is that some knife items are out of stock on occasion - but that the notification service for when they are back in stock is helpful and it only goes to show how popular and affordable products are. Highly recommended.”

“Great shop who had exactly what I wanted. They were also great at communicating as I needed the order before a trip. There only downside was their shipping company. They claim express delivery when mine took 3 days to arrive. If they sort their delivery time promises out they'd get 5 stars. Please don't state next day delivery if that's not what you use.”
