“The Preppers Shop website is all right, even very quick dispatch but the main problem is shipping. I have received email from UPS that delivery will be next day but finally was 5 days later even I have paid for express delivery.”

“You could throw a stone from the Preppers Shop (online only) and hit my house, slight exaggeration, I live 1/4 mile away. They charged me £4.95 for 'Next Day Express Delivery' and it took 4 Days for my items to arrive. I emailed them to check where my stuff was and it took them 5 days to reply. Guess where I won't be shopping again. The Only reason you got 1 Star is because I can't select ZERO Stars. Hey Boys - WAKE UP - It's Time to Up your Game a bit!!!!!”

Hi Andy, Its a shame you didn't come a chat to us if there was an issue with your delivery especially with you being so local. I can see that you emailed us Friday afternoon and we responded on Monday after 1 working day, it certainly wasnt 5 days by any standards. (We haven't heard back from that email).

“Good products can't say same for the service I'm a newbie with crossbows and bought and expensive crossbow from Preppers and another item. I also sent an email asking their advice about accessories and what they would recommend for taking good care. Received zero reply. The update on dispatch was the bare minimum too. This was also the case with another company, EK Archery, both displayed that old school grudging way of doing business, that customers are somehow an annoyance and cutting into our day vs here's a person who is saying 'I have money and would like to spend more of it with you". It boggles the mind in this day and age. What makes the difference is customer service.”

Hi Felix, Im sorry you feel this way. With regards to tracking, once it is dispatch we send an email letting you know the order status has been updated to dispatched. The customer then receives an email from the courier with the tracking details and the day of delivery. We are limited by couriers as to how there notification works and generally customers have no issues with it, if you do have any specific feedback on what could have made that better though we would certainly be happy to take it on board. With regards to not responding to your email with regards to accessories. Please understand that we are a very small independent company with limited staff and capabilities. At times such as over a weekend when your order was received we simply cannot respond to all customers immediately. As yours was a technical question it would have been forwarded through internally to the crossbow expert to pick up and advise you on. I am sorry that this has not been quick enough for you.

“Fast service, very easy to navigate the website and all at very affordable prices for a good product. The only minor is that most of the ones I'd originally wanted to buy were sold out, and still are. Otherwise excellent.”

“A slightly complicated issue that was generally ignored about a damaged product because profit matters only and not customer service. I still have the damaged goods and no response via email or phone. Shame, intially they seemed ok, i wasn't asking for to much.”

Hi Stuart, You returned a crossbow to us believing it to be faulty. We received it, tested it and it was completely fine and then returned it (At our own cost) back to you. Im not quite sure how that could be classed as ignoring you?
