“I ordered a personalised oak box for couples. It arrived on next-day delivery, as promised, and in good condition. It was of high build quality - the wood was sturdy, and the box was aesthetically pleasing. A few very minor comments on an otherwise very satisfactory purchase - There was 1 inner edge on 1 of the 4 photo frame sides that looked like it hadn't been fully smoothed out with sand paper. It still had a tiny splinter that was sticking out, that I had to snap off - The inside of the box also looked like it hadn't been fully smoothed out - there were still some wood shavings semi-attached to various inner edges - Would prefer if the lid is attached to the main box by a hinge - as it is right now, it's easy to drop the lid while carrying the box”

“My purchase from Prezzybox was fine. Choosing and ordering on their website was quite easy. The item arrived on schedule and, although not used yet, appears to be as described. I thought that the delivery charge was a little heavy for the small item I purchased but , otherwise, no complaints.”

“I was disappointed it didn't arrive the next day as I had paid for next day delivery. As it was for a birthday it made the difference . I hope to use your service again and hope your next day delivery will apply as stated.”
