“I can only rate as "Good" because it's still wrapped in the bubble wrap which I do not want to unwrap. I've had a peep from the top and it looks lovely. I'm sure my dad will be chuffed with it. Delivery was really quick. Will use again”

“Had to return gift box due to personalisation error. Very pleased with service. Rapid response and replacement. Unfortunately lid of replacement box is made of two different shaded pieces of wood. Have accepted due to it being a time critical present. If not for this would be "a very Good" rating.”
