“Order was simple and delivered fast. Just wish it'd been clearer how the front page of the book would look with the personalised name as I would've included the recipient's surname. However that may have been an oversight on my part.”

“Special personalised mug for my daughter who has a name not found easily on gifts. Looks really good. Only down side - I thought it would have been a little bigger. It a Christmas gift so I am sure she will be very happy with it.”

“Easy to navigate their website. Product I ordered needed customising. Was useful that I could see a preview which some other online retailers did not offer, which was part of the reason for not purchasing and coming to Prezzybox.com instead. Quality of product was OK. Would have liked the engraving to be clearer. Otherwise, product was delivered on time. Overall satisfactory experience.”
