“Very nice and fun products. I bought two for Secret Santa. Too bad it didn’t arrive in time (even though I did pay for the next day delivery) - I guess it was for the busy Christmas time. BUT they did send me a refund, which is good.”

“Only just delivered my order in time for Xmas. Arrived after 4 days even using next day delivery. Initially was told an item was out of stock, so I asked for the whole order to be cancelled and a refund issued. This request was ignored and the order was despatched anyway (including the supposedly out of stock item). No apologies or refund for taking 4 days to delivery using next-day delivery service.”

“Not exactly prezzybox fault but delivery very poor. Box was damaged and thrown over back gate. Not a good idea for electronic devices in a cardboard box. If I order again will only do so if they change the delivery company.”
