I rang you yesterday as an order I placed with you on the 11/12/17 which was due to arrive between the 13-16th December has not arrived and I need ASAP as a Christmas present and I go away tomorrow 21st and need badly The gentleman I spoke to was very understanding and said would get another sent out as special delivery to arrive today 20th As yet it's not turned up but only 12.30 am but I've given a good due to his helpfulness if it does turn up today I will glady change to excellent and give a great review on FB I just pray that I'm not let down and that it does come today

I ordered 4 products they were not dispatched when they said they were going to. I spoke to customer services who chased this for me. I then received an email telling me one product is now out of stock and they are refunding me. Not ideal a few days before Christmas. However they did send out the rest of my order next day.

How you made me happy? You did not. Goods are fine and arrived in a timescale that would be fine for second class Royal Mail, but your website is ambiguous about how items are sent and the implication is that a courier is used and that goods are tracked; although the conditions for such being done are vague. That needs to be clearer. If missing, you wouldn’t do anything for 15 days, but that should be an issue for the company and Royal Mail, not the customer. You asked for my telephone number to ring me about this order and as of yet, no phone call. Not interested. As I say, goods were fine but available elsewhere for similar or slightly cheaper price I see and frankly, for a company that makes a big, “thing” of customer care, I don’t see it. First and last purchase I’m afraid.

Easy site to navigate. Found plenty of choice to order from. However over a week since ordering and no sign of the parcel. Despite the track a parcel saying it should have been here 3-5 days ago.

The majority of the order came through ok, even a little early, but I had ordered 2 grow your own cats, both of which the packaging was damaged and the cats were loose in the box, not great as they were supposed to be stocking fillers and it's too late to replace them now.

The delivery cost £4 was 14 days late so the present didn't arrive on the persons birthday! The gifts I collected were not the size and quality shown on the online image, not worth the price at all

Well, the Chilli & Bubble's Personalised Book of Love I bought for my fiancee looks much better online than it does in real life. Happy, therefore, is not a word I would use for the situation. Anyway, at least it arrived on time and within the estimate delivery time.

Lovely items to choose from. However received a broken item that was very badly packaged. Spoke to them about it and without hesitation they sent me a new one within a few days.

Generally pleased with products and delivery. Disappointed with item billed as men’s hi-top slippers - very small sizing, not fit for purpose. Converse style socks very nice.

Hermes left my parcel of books behind a flower pot outside my house where it got wet. It was only wrapped in cardboard so some water seeped through to the contents. Fortunately there was no real damage. If Prezzybox are to use low-end delivery companies like Hermes then they should at least ensure that their packaging is waterproof.

I bought two Christmas presents, one I was happy with. The other I wasn't - I specifically ordered next day delivery, but told that due to bad weather this wasn't available. This I understand - but if that is the case - I should not have been charged for next day delivery. This order was on Wed and the item was just dispatched today - I needed it for today. I tried to live chat - unavailable. Not impressed.

Items dispatched and arrived in reasonable time. Items as described but the cellophane wrapper on one was ripped and the box on other item was partly ripped so some of the picture on the back was missing. Hope the contents are all ok as they are Christmas gifts.
