The choice was really good and pricing is fair! Made it really easy for Christmas present ideas! Unfortunately I ordered before the snow came so most of my items are late, I thought they would all come together which was a bit confusing. Just hoping they arrive before Christmas.

Could not track items. Ive not had any notification of the personalised necklace being dispatched yet either asides from that everything else has been good.

Products as described. Paid for next day delivery, in plenty of time. Items didn't arrive next day, in fact they arrived late on the third day!

I received one of my parcels within the given estimated delivery dates, but my other parcel I still have not received and it has gone past the estimated delivery time!

Organised website but took far too long to be delivered. Was estimated 7th-11th December arrived over a week later.

The products were fine but the packaging left a lot to be desired. The box and contents were left outside my front door which is directly on the footpath. Anybody could have taken it as it was in full view. The weather had been raining heavily and the box and some of the contents got wet. The contents were not wrapped in plastic which was dissappointing.

Unfortunately my order did not arrive on time which was outside the advertised guide. This was due to adverse weather. I had to call to find out what was happening with my order as I had not received email communication. Prezzybox offered full refund when circumstances explained and apologised profusely. Would suggest to caveat in website for future

placed my order on the 7/12/17 no problem at all ...easy to use webb site however was quoted delivery between 8/12-----12/12 and still no delivery and it is now 15/12 ....just wondering if I am going to get delivery before 22/12 which is when I break up for christmas

Was told delivery would be between 8th & 12th Dec but didn't get it despatched until 13th, and only then after chasing it up 3 times.

Good selection of gifts, bad choice of delivery service - 1 week to deliver and eventually was delivered by Royal Mail, if it had been sent by Royal Mail in the first place, it would have arrived quicker than using a courier.

Name on box was good but the wood at the top of the box has a large black mark that won't wipe off. Also thought the pencils were being personalised with George’s name, quite an expensive item when you look at the contents ,in the image it looks like more is included.

Straight forward purchase, unfortunately I had a delivery time of 6-8 of December and it arrived on the 13th. Would still use again just not on a tight schedule.
