“After placing an order and my delivery not arriving on the expected delivery date, I read Prezzybox reviews and became concerned. However, my order arrived the next day, so only being one day late. Although my delivery was only a day late, I feel delivery time could be improved.”

“The Personalised Mirrored Jewellery Box was perfect and worth every penny! However, the Personalised Dragonfly Necklace was just a nightmare. The envelope it came in was bent and ripped to the point where I could see the chain of the necklace sticking out of the envelope. The necklace felt very cheap and it ended up breaking in my hands and as a result, the personalised initial (B) fell to the ground and I have been unable to find it. With the chain being broken, and the initial being lost, I had no choice but to put it in the bin.”

“Delivered on time and as expected. 2 issues which meant i marked this down: I ordered various grow at home sets for chilli, money etc and in transit the soil leaked out all over the other items, one of which was toothpaste. Not great The toothpaste i ordered has a 3 year shelflife but i ordered / received it in feb and itz out of date in March '18 which isnt ideal since i am gifting this in march.”

“Delivery was as promised, quick and efficient, with emails notifying of when to expect the delivery. The products were as described, however, I did make a purchase that I felt was not worth what I paid. I bought the wood watch box for £60, and feel the quality of the box is cheap for that price. On searching for the company who made the box (Mele & Co), I found I could have purchased the gift for £20 on Amazon. The difference was that Prezzybox did offer to personalise the box with a max of three characters and a choice of four different fonts. But whether it was worth that extra £30 is debatable.... Anyway, bad luck to me. The company however, are alright operators. Interesting products, quick delivery, UK based. Good stuff!”

“The carousel moneybox was described as the horses moving one assumed when money was put in the slot. However it was necessary to twist the base by hand whilst holding the main part which would not have been easy for a child. Disappointing but no time for me to exchange due to the imminence of the special occasion”

We do say in the description that the horses move when the carousel is turned, however, we will ask our marketing team to check the wording. “Purchased the Soundwave keyrings. Wasn't impressed paying £28 and when they arrived the box was nothing special simple just a square black gift box. And the keyrings themselves were verry small. But as long as my gf likes them I'm not too bothered.”

“Delivered promptly. However saw it advertised as "A three course meal for two plus a small glass of wine", but I have noticed that on the gift card it says "A SET meal for two plus small glass of wine". It seems the recipient won't have the choice of meal which I was led to believe. This is a gift for my granddaughter, not for me, so a bit disappointed in that respect.”

“I had a good experience and really happy with everything they sell. I ordered a card and on the back of the card there was a discount code for my next order but the discount code was 2 months out of date so it was no use. That is the only thing that let me down but everything else was good.”
