The items arrived as shown on the website. However the delivery was a bit long, especially as the items weren't coming from abroad. They were coming from Northampton. Which is only 2 hours away. They were meant to be apart of my husbands birthday present. I thought they would arrive on Friday in time for his birthday on Sunday however the times then changed to say between Friday and next Tuesday. But the most annoying part was that they didn't arrive until late Wednesday afternoon.

I absolutely love the shot glasses really nice wee novelty gift and came packed really well, although I was disappointed in the delivery time ordered on a Tuesday morning and never received til the following Monday.

My son was very excited to get his Retro games console. He was hoping it would arrive sooner. Ordered on Monday, arrived on Saturday which is a while to wait when paying for delivery. My son tells me the cable is quite short so he has to sit quite close to the t.v to play.

I am still awaiting a delivery, that is late. Phoned customer service but they were not prepared to help told me to keep waiting.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you have not been happy with the service. The estimated time for delivery was the 16th April but this is only an estimated time and cannot be guaranteed. We can confirm that your order was dispatched on the 10th April by Royal Mail but we are happy to send out a replacement if it does not arrive by the end of the week. Once again please accept our apologies for any disappointment you have experienced.

I used prezzybox as I wanted gift sent to my nephew within a few days. I had a bit of an issue with the original order as my address went in as delivery when I wanted it to go somewhere else. I sent an email and this was fixed for me easily the next day. It said delivery would be the tues or wed which was great as his birthday was on tuesday. Unfortunately it didn't arrive until the Friday. He was delighted with the gifts. I used prezzybox as I needed a gift sent fast and unfortunately this wasn't the case. This would affect me using it again for this reason. I would however still use it if I had a longer timescale for it to arrive as the contents and quality were very good.

Delivery and purchase were spot on thanks, unfortunately when I requested to make alterations to the item the following day being Sunday when my purchase was on the Saturday I received an email on Monday stating that it was too late 😲😂😡 It would be good if you could make provisions for future for these times of errors as I would have quite happily with the product being correct but a couple of days late, just saying. I was also told in the email that I should re order to receive the correct item not good in my view Thanks

I was happy with the product but wasn't happy with delivery I paid extra for next day delivery to come the Tuesday we waited in all day and it didn't come till the Thursday so wasn't happy at all.

Good efficient service with a great selection of gifts at very reasonable prices. Ordered your life in pictures book, for a 60th birthday present,which is lovely but I was disappointed there isn't any pictures for 2018!!

Present was good but next day delivery was not next day and not happy that I paid extra. Never responded to my email to customer service.

The gift itself was very nice although I wasn't sent an email update that the gift had been despatched. Also, the receipt was enclosed with the gift which was sent to the recipient so they knew how much it all cost which wasn't very good.

Our delivery charge covers the cost of the picking, packing and sending of all our items - We charge a flat rate for delivery no matter how many items are on an order and believe this to be a fair cost.
