Ordered two personalised birthday cards but I thought the quality of the paper was poor. Postage eas expensive.

Happy enough with my product. Only issue was that it was delivered a day late. Considering I pay £3.99 for P&P I would expect it to be delivered between dates stated. I do have the right to ask for a refund of this, but am not going to. I recognise it’s not your fault. Maybe, consider a different delivery service..? Otherwise, thank you.

The website is not very good because although the item comes with instructions on how to return it the website will not allow me to receive a returns label and therefore I am going to be out of pocket

The fudge was well packaged. However, it arrived too late for part of a birthday gift! Was meant to arrive between 7th & 9th March and even though p&p paid it arrived on the 10th.

The gifts arrived eventually but were not delivered when they said they would and did not arrive in time for Mother's Day.

The products themselves were fine and well received, but inadvertently I had ordered 2 - 1 of which was not required - I immediately sent an e-mail pointing this fact out, but got no response. I used the link provided on the website. I'm afraid I can't say I am fully satisfied.

The gift is exactly what I wanted however.... I bought two gifts together as I needed them both together as a gift but I still only have one gift and have no idea where the other is.

Delivery was good. Unfortunately when it asked for the name of the person to be added, It didn't stipulate that you have to add the 's as it is being used in the possesive tense

I don't know if I made the mistake of thinking there was going to be chocs in the mug I ordered ? But there wasn't. But yes the mug was lovely

My present arrived but was damaged. Replacement wasn't guaranteed to arrive in time for a birthday present so I was offered a refund
