Very fast and easy process, though I did not get what I ordered. I got somebody else's order, along with an invoice with all their details on. I rang your customer service and a guy called Richard was very helpful. He said I would get another one with express delivery. Still waiting for it in the mail though it should be here today. I accept it was a genuine mistake on their part and I would use them again, good company and I am satisfied, despite not getting what I wanted in time.

My lighter came quick website was easy to use. Would have been nice if the digital picture of my personal words came up on my email. Lighter was really scratched when I received it though

It didn’t really make me happy, as I have ordered a present for a birthday and the present I gave enough time to arrive, it’s been a few days after the latest arrival date and it’s still not here so not very happy to be honest with you, on the plus side the Customer service is fantastic and have tried to help on every way possible

The delivery was very quick and ordering was easy. However, I was disappointed with the size of the pamper pack for the money and also the cookie as it said giant cookie which it isn't. Sorry

Printing on the cutlery was not even and cutlery was dirty so I had to clean it before gifting. Was delivered next day by Royal Mail forced through the letterbox no signature required with labels on packaging stating fragile. Cost of delivery too much conduit was not recorded or courier

The product was delivered promptly in a usable condition. Thank goodness. However, the website is confusing in regards to returning a product back for refunds. The website is not clear enough and info regard returns are confusing. I sent the product back for a refund to the office address instead of the return address this cost me £10 using a corridor because of the useless unclear information on your website. The 48-hour contact email ticket system is useless, so, therefore, I shall only use Amazon because it is so easy and they help and look after customers. Regards.

Ordered a 21st birthday pint glass for my son. Not happy at all with the writing on the glass. The fonts were different sizes and it did not look that nice. The writing could have been bigger, appeared very small to the size of the glass. So sorry don't think I will be ordering again.

Sadly I had to return both items as the phone holder was far too stiff for my fibromyalgia hands to use and the relaxing sounds machine too harsh.

Item arrived promptly (though was left outside behind a bin where the cardboard could have got wet in the rain, not the sellers fault). The item was rather squashed in the box presumably from China and was not the same as in the picture. It was a pair of unicorn slippers, the horns were made of rainbow stripes and not golden as shown. I would have much preferred the golden one for an adult present. Disappointed.

I paid by PayPal and had no option to change delivery address to the intended recipient. I messaged you and sorted it but you should look into this.

Thank you for your feedback. When paying with Paypal on our site it will take you to a page hosted by Paypal. At this point your delivery address can be seen and there is an option to change the address. However, we are always happy to help if it is difficult to see the address change option. Unfortunately, we are not able to change this as it is Paypal's own page.

It didn’t. I ordered with the expectation of delivery on Tuesday/Thursday. It arrived the following Monday. This was as a present required for the previous Saturday. I had to purchase something else-not from Prezzybox.

Site was easy to navigate and checkout was a breeze. Delivery is not something I can comment upon as my product still has not arrived yet; however, the expected delivery date has been and gone!!!
