Hi Selina, Sorry that you felt you weren't kept up to date. As you've ordered on an economy delivery, there's not as much information we can provide you with regarding the progress of your delivery, as economy is not a tracked service. We can see that you received a confirmation email and a dispatch email once your order left us, along with an estimated arrival date, however we'd suggest looking at our standard or express delivery options if you require more specific delivery information. I ordered two items, boys odd socks and mens odd socks. They were beautifully presented and i am more than pleased with these items. I was however, not in the slightest bit amused with delivery of these items. I was not in when these items were delivered so the delivery driver put a card through my door telling me that the parcel was in the blue bin, which would have been fine but the blue bin in question was actually my neighbours bin which was full of rubbish and very smelly. As you can imagine i was not very pleased as i had paid for these items and do not expect them to end up in the bin before i receive them apart from the fact that the delivery driver could have knocked on the neighbours door and asked them to take it for me rather than putting it in their bin. I sincerely hope that Prezzybox will work to rectify this situation with the delivery company because as much as i loved the items i ordered i would be worried incase i was not in when i was due to get a delivery. Prezzybox, you would have received 5 stars if it werent for the delivery being shoddy.

Ordered the crystal rose for my mum 80th birthday delivery was ecellent arrived in time But very dissapointed with the product Was £19.99 abd i expected it to be a lot bigger than it is It is only about 3 inches high After i ordered it u saw sane thing on other sites a lot lot cheaper ☹️

It didn't arrive in time and I realize that there is no where to write a message so recipient didn't know who it was from. Probably wont use again

Good quality photo cut, print and material. However the ladies size 7 is more like a men’s size 9.

I was a little disapointed that it said 1 to 2 days on the payment received page I did not realise it would take longer to get it to it's desternation via royal mail Thou it did arrive on time and all went well my auntie was made up with the quality of the gift so well done

The recipient of my gift was extremely pleased with it (engraved wine glass & bottle of wine) however I was a little upset that having paid £2.00 for next day delivery it still arrived a day later. My Aunt was thrilled with it though.

I received my item ok but it didn't come when they told me it had arrived, so I had to make a call to find out where it was, I was told I could track my item just to find out I couldn't,

An OK product. The personalisation wasn’t as dark as in the pictures which means it doesn’t stand out as much. Also worth noting that it’s only on one side. I chose PrezzyBox over Not on the High Street because of the advertised delivery of 2-5 days. It took 8 which meant it was late for what I ordered it for.
