Not keen on the quality of the socks I'm afraid. They feel very cheap...and they're not! Still an amusing gift though.

The service was fantastic, my items arrived the following day. However I was very surprised by the amount of packaging. Why did 2 small items require a very large box filled with the large plastic bubbles?

Could not fault the delivery of this item but the product was flawed as the carpenters spirit level did not work as shown on a true level service in photo. Overall disappointing.

Was pleased with speed of delivery and accuracy of personalised items but somewhat dissapointed with personalised night light for my grandson. The changing light effect is o.k but didn't realise it would be so small and somewhat flimsy. The rocket part which slots into the base wobbles and this makes it look cheap which it wasn't.

Order received and up to standards. However, I did specifically pay more for the 1-2 day delivery and it did not come on time. I needed it for a birthday and instead came on the 3rd working day which meant it was late. Very disappointed

Ordered the pillows, arrived very mustardy more so than the photos. There ok but I wouldn’t buy them again as I don’t think they are not worth the money.

Good contact from customer service. Paid extra for next day delivery but didn't receive it for 4 days. Emailed to be told as it was after 1pm on a Friday when I placed the order it couldn't happen. It didn't say that on website and took my money though. Say there going to return the extra I paid for delivery still waiting. Engraved vase arrived via royal mail. Disappointed with it engraving looks good but vase is very cheap looking, not worth the money paid. The box makes it look cheap too. Only ordered as advertised next day delivery on web search.

My parcel arrived like this. The box is marked and not presentable as a present. The delivery also took longer than I expected

Ordered and paid extra for next day delivery. Had an email to say that it would be delivered, but it did not arrive. Had to wait until following week for it to turn up. Item did not look as nice as the website picture.

Brilliant gifts. Ridiculous and wasteful amount of packaging for two tiny tins to be sent in. Need to think about the environment and waste more!

I have given a 3 because it said my order would be delivered within 3 days and then it said 5-8 days. It came at the right time but still.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. As these are personalised items, they take time to process so they are actually dispatched within 3 days and then delivery is on top of this. We're glad it arrived within the estimated delivery dates though.

The website was great, the photos were easy to upload and I love the idea of my dogs on socks. They arrived within a few days however I was a little disappointed with the quality of the socks and it was probably overpriced for what it was.
