Reason being because they don’t give you the size of the product so you think the product would be bigger than it is but other than that it’s a beautiful gift thank you.

I was so excited at the thought of photo face socks. The socks are fun however one of the photos was too dark (Looks ok on screen) and it would have been nice to have the option to change the picture before they were printed as it has spoiled the overall effect of the socks leaving me feeling a bit flat about the fun (but expensive) gift for my dad.

Items were as described but were delivered in a huge box with lots of plastic padding which wasn't necessary. Rethinking how you pack goods would be good.

The items itself was fine and quick delivery...my only problem is that it was left out in the pouring rain thrown over my gate so when i got it the box was soaking through. Also too much plastic in the box for no reason

Delivery was nice and quick. I ordered a cookie and expected it to be bigger but overall very pleased with the service and quality.

Rose with silver, good product but very much let down by engraving - very difficult to read without characters being a contrast to silver tag. Contacted customer services, spoke to RICHARD who handled the situation very well and was a credit to your business. A replacement tag was arranged, but I think it will remain illegible. If properly engraved - easy to read - e.g. black on silver, I would be totally satisfied with the product. If you are able to correct this fault and send out a legible tag to myself and other customers I'm sure it would help build a good reputation and more repeat business. If you could action this for customers like myself and those ordering in the run up to Christmas - and beyond - e.g. Valentines Day, that would be both welcome and impressive. The ordering process was easy and the gifts arrived quickly. However two out of the three items were damaged (had the cardboard hook at the top torn off) which as these are a Christmas present for my nephew wasn’t very good.

I had some images printed on socks (dog)...however, th photos are too dark and don't show up well on the socks. I thought you would maybe have checked the image brightness and adjusted accordingly. I'll probably still use you again but yes, a bit disappointed. The recipient will think it's just any dog rather than hers (the photos were of her dog). Cheers Kevin Daly

Easy purchase site and very quick time to dispatch, unable to alter personalised order 2 hours after placing. Good delivery time. Order was a personalised Christmas glass bauble, text and font very small and faint. I wanted something discreet, but actually quite difficult to read. Would I recommend? Pressybox, yes, item purchased, need to make customer aware of very small and faint engraving.

All items were delivered in a timely manner. Vase did arrive with no personalisation but a quick call to the team means that a new one is due soon. We'll see how it turns out. All other items were perfect. However the beard kit had come apart in the box, all pieces there though.
