“I will prefer next day delivery if it says next day and DHL to leave a note they left it next door. Poor delivery system.”

“Good apart from not being able to include sender information with the gift. As this is a site promoting gifts that people probably want to be sent directly to the recipient, this needs to be included.”

“The first book was water damaged as it was left hanging out of the letter. The second book was also left hanging out of the letter box it was fortunate it was found in time.”

“Items arrived very quickly. Well packaged - lots of protection around fragile items. Only 3* because on the personalized mug, the printed writing was very faded (almost what you'd expect on an old mug)”

“The service was very good . Delivery was within a couple of days. I purchased a prosecco wine stopper with engraving. The wording was very faint, and the stopper was sharp in parts. Not a huge amount of money, but not great quality.”

“Really nice product just needs work on final touches, wasn't quality checked I think, the clip lock doesn't work very well as the metal shaping is a bit bent from perhaps trying to cram so much into a small space! Sure my secret santa will love it though”

“It's takes a very long time from when you order and get confirmation of items being in transit I've been waiting 2 weeks now for my delivery. Hopefully the item is good because it will be too late to change and reorder in time for Xmas day.”

“Looks like a good product not happy about having to pay delivery after spending £40 other places only charge if you spend less than £25. The item was then delivered in a box that wasn’t sealed and oversized.”

“The photos of the item I purchased as a Secret Santa Gift were somewhat deceiving as I thought I was thought it was a boxed game rather than a book! That said I am sure it will be received in good humour by the recipient. Postage ...?!”
