A bit disappointed really, wedding planner book received, not as big as expected and slightly marked on the front. Looks as if someone has returned it and I've now received it!

The score would have been "very good" had it not taken 3 days for my order to arrive. When I ordered it said "24 - 48 hours".

I ordered two items a cinema treat box and chocolate bar the cinema treat box came undamaged and is great unfortunately the chocolate bar had broke in two

Pleased with the items I purchased however the box that they were delivered in was opened. These were gifts for family members who live in the house so it wasn’t great.

The product is ok but when it arrived the products hadn’t been packaged well, it had all fallen out of the boxes, clearly not enough care given

Ordered on Monday said 2 to 3 days delivery still haven't received my items not sure to blame the company or the delivery service

Good service however a book i received which was supposed to be a gift had the price marked in the back which can't be removed. Think as these items are usually gifts a bit more attention to details from Prezzybox would be better

The product arrived completely covered in thick dust and in a massive box that was not needed in the slightest.

So far have received 4 items on different days. 1 item I was very upset with it didn’t work at all, I paid £19.99 for a personalised sweetie box but just personalised a piece of card that cake with it. Abit let down so far. Yet to recieve others.

Products good but I paid the extra for next day delivery. It was in the evening so I knew it wouldn't be the very next day as had missed the cut off but therefore assumed the following day on from that. It arrived a further 2 days later. It wasn't the end of the world for me as I wasn't in a rush but it could have been a major issue. I dont like paying for an extra service and then not getting it!

I paid for next day delivery because I needed it for next day and it turned up day 3. So delivery dates should be stuck too or if not delivered when said should be given a full refund.

I was phoned to say they couldn't do my order of a personalised coat of arms which I had ordered as a present for someone. They offered me a refund which I would get in a few days or I could switch the surname. Opted for the refund so I can't comment on the product as never got it. Customer service was good. Maybe when ordering there could be a system for checking the surname to make sure the product can be done!

If you want , more happy customers stop using Hermes like a delivery company . Does not matter wich site I use ,they never come in time and they are nit capable to find a adress. Thanks !

Ordered a product that said next day delivery , although if you order on a weekend that next day turns out to be a Tuesday In fairness they cancelled order and refunded straight away

I ordered personalised socks but they did not show the message I had requested, though the requested message was shown correctly on the delivery note. The message, although generic, does fit with the person the socks were ordered for and it's too late to return them, so they will do but I'm a bit disappointed.
