“Products good but I paid the extra for next day delivery. It was in the evening so I knew it wouldn't be the very next day as had missed the cut off but therefore assumed the following day on from that. It arrived a further 2 days later. It wasn't the end of the world for me as I wasn't in a rush but it could have been a major issue. I dont like paying for an extra service and then not getting it!”

“I was phoned to say they couldn't do my order of a personalised coat of arms which I had ordered as a present for someone. They offered me a refund which I would get in a few days or I could switch the surname. Opted for the refund so I can't comment on the product as never got it. Customer service was good. Maybe when ordering there could be a system for checking the surname to make sure the product can be done!”

“I ordered personalised socks but they did not show the message I had requested, though the requested message was shown correctly on the delivery note. The message, although generic, does fit with the person the socks were ordered for and it's too late to return them, so they will do but I'm a bit disappointed.”
