“First item was 5 out of 5. Second parcel is still on route and promised to be here by 20th. Still awaiting. Customer service has accelerated the delivery because it was meant to be here by the 27th to the 5th of jan. So if it comes before xmas. Great service. If it does not. I will be expecting a refund. Since my item is a christmas prosecco for my family.”

“Ordered the large customised cookie. The product itself looks nice, decorated nicely. Only the box is came in came with the postage label plonked on top so giving this as a secret santa present wasn't good. Had to remove and now box looks tatty. Other items I ordered arrived in good time and were as expected. Had a helpful chat with one of online checkout people.”

“Not very clear on when a gift may arrive. The item I chose indicated a 5 -7 Day delivery time, where 7 days would be the 22 of Dec. However, after paying for the item delivery was stated for after Christmas. Not a cheap gift, but could have gotten the same item for the same price before Christmas from a different retailer. Hopefully I get it before, but not very impressed with the sudden change in delivery date. I wouldn't recommend it, not worth the hassle to have to worry if you will receive the gift on time.”

“I bought a number of items as Christmas presents and all but one I am very happy with, unfortunately the choice of Hermes for delivery has ruined the experience for me. The delivery was several days late, arriving within the last few hours before I was set to leave until after Christmas, and each day the courier lied saying they couldn’t deliver, this was extremely stressful. If you every swap from Hermes I may order again, otherwise I will be shopping on a similar site for gifts in the future.”

“I bought a rubix cube for £5.99 plus £4 postage. on the plus side I couldn't find another anywhere else and found what I wanted on prezzybox. The downside it was much smaller than I expected,cheap looking and not sure what the postage was spent on.”
