“I ordered the item and received it fairly quickly however the product did not rotate just vibrated l spoke to the company and a replacement was sent very quickly however l feel it must be a bad device because the replacement only vibrated and does not rotate. I have not returned it but l don't think l will be using it sorry l was disappointed it does not do what it was intended to”

“I placed my order as it said delivery before Christmas. Got the email to say order dispatched so I clicked on the tracking details and there it said delivery due 27-28 December. Two people ended up with IOUs instead of gifts. Disappointed!”

“They have a nice selection of gifts but I ordered a last minute Christmas gift. Their website said there was enough time to delivery by Christmas which is why I chose their site. The postage options weren't very clear so I paid for express shipping to be on the safe side. I got a notification that my item would be delivered on the 27th, 2 days after Christmas. If I'd known that I would have stopped elsewhere.”

Got a call shortly after outlining this now might not be possible as it is a personalised gift made by one of there partners. Was assured they would do there best to get it delivered. Still unsure if it will be as had no additional comms made to let me know. All other products delivered on time and promptly.”
