item perfectly okay - but packing very poor, was open ! a little bit more tape would have fixed the problem as the box itself was very nice and sturdy

I ordered a few things as a present for a friend. However, only 1 of the items came in good condition. The mug I'd ordered came with a part broken off, the trinket dish had some paint scratched off and the photo frame had a crack on the front. I spoke to someone online from prezzybox and after sending photo's to prove it, they sent me a replacement free of cost, which I received the following day. Although the items that were sent the second time were in better condition, the second trinket dish that came also had some paint scratched off. I wanted to return it so they gave me a refund. I've ordered from prezzybox before and have had no issues so I don't really know what happened this time. But I got the things I wanted (minus the dish) in good condition at the end. Delivery is amazingly fast and great customer service!

Order arrived as promised - it was a single engraved red wine glass. As a present the recipient was well pleased with it. Why only 3 stars? Because all images for the item show two engraved glasses - even at checkout. The qty box does say 1 but this could mean I pair. Why show two glasses?

Gift of a personalised cookie for my son’s birthday was nice although a lot smaller than we thought for the money paid. Arrived according to dates specified by Prezzybix.com Nice but nothing of a wow factor.

Cookie was lovely and came on time. Engraving was lovely but the red rose is very poor quality for a gift .

Delivery was prompt, arrived within the time frame. Although the product was dirty, so much so I had to put it in the washing machine before giving it as a present (there was no time to return for a new one) This has made me think twice about using Prezzybox again

Easy enough to use. Just a bit disappointed that I'm still waiting for a dispatch notice when I was told to expect it between the 13th and 15th of February. These things happen I understand.

I never received a dispatched email to confirm delivery, a delivery attempt was made two days early than told. Which would have been great, had I'd known and been in. So after waiting for the following working day to collect from the rm depot, the chocolates had fallen off the tree. Great idea, would have been good maybe if it had been handled better in transit.

Well I can smell everything is lovely but I do find the content very small and as they are birthday gifts had to buy something else so I don't think I would buy anything else sorry
