I ordered the Forget me Knot heart with personalised message. It was deliver very quickly but I was a little disappointed that small heart with the message was not attached to the large heart as shown in the picture. It just came with some string and ribbon for self assembly rather that being the complete item.

Hi Susan, Sorry to hear you felt our delivery charge was high. Our charge covers postage and packaging of your order at our warehouse and we don't charge extra delivery for items which come directly from our external partners, even if they're on the same order. Our delivery charge remains the same no matter how many items purchased and we believe this to be a fair price. If you'd like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to contact us!

I ordered a gift to be sent straight to the recipient which was despatched and received the following day, however I was unable to include a message to say who it was from therefore having to notify them to advise a gift was on its way.

A little disappointing really - the creme eggs are actually minis. It does not state that anywhere on the website. Much smaller and cheaper looking than it seems.

Good, quick service and delivery. The Website was easy to use. The Personalised Heritage Plaque was £23 including delivery. It's a piece of plastic and very steep in price. Maybe I should have read the product description better. I didn't find the print quality amazing. I'm quite embarrassed about giving this present, although personalised it resembles a gift you'd find at the service stations for £4.99. I'm now looking for something else.

Good product, arrived quickly but entire personalisation wasn’t printed on the label, so receiver didn’t know who it was from.

Present arrived in time but actual package of item was tatty, as if it was a returns, luckily it was only a joke present so I wasn’t too bothered

Although you sell nice products, i found the website a bit misleading as i presumed all things bought on the website at the same time would be delivered at the same time together, but they were not. And this was a bit annoying as it was a birthday gift.

I ordered a mirror jewellery box for my Mother. When it arriver it was well packaged. But howere the jewellery box had a lot of scratches on it.

I cant fault the ordering and delivering service. However the product i paid almost £20 for was tiny. I bought a pamper box and its only big enough to pamper a hamster :-/. I regret not going to lush instead :-(

Ok on the images it did look really big the stuff I ordered the strawberry scented stuff with the candle the bath things it was really small and that’s the disappointment but overall I suggest that it did come how it was and it smelt really nice

Provided a good laugh and many, never to be made, projects to use the multitude of Siamese cat hair that I often complain about, boy can he moult! It is what it is, mad Japanese humour. Usual prompt delivery from this excellent and imaginitive company.

Great items, however, one of the floating water roses out of the three didn’t work and it doesn’t look as good with just 2 than the 3 that I bought presuming they would all work.

Got delivery right, thank goodness. But got the name wrong. Placed my name as opposed to recipients name. Fortunately the person who was receiving the gift guessed that it was for them and not for me
