Personalised Pink Heart Water Bottle. - The personalised name was very nice but the bottle does not have a seal in the lid and so it leaks if not stood vertically all the time. With 50% discount this was reasonably value but at full price, there are much better quality items available.

Delivery Choices very deceiving. We Ordered at 14.52 for next day delivery and it was not delivered until 2 days later. This description needs to be highlighted and made much clearer to the buyer. Very disappointed!

The voucher code box should of been more presentable towards checkout as no ones first instinct is to look at the bottom of the page. But overall decent and easy checkout, didn’t ask for millions of details like most places. Thank you :D

Havent recieved my cookie yet but looks amazing!! However iv purchased it because it said 2-3 days delivery, so i bought it for fathers day on sunday, and it says it will be here monday-wednesday so now my son has nothing to give his dad on fathers day :(

Found it disconcerting when I put in the recipients name for the gift then when typing in the details on the credit card this changed the recipients name to my own?

It was a bit annoying that the personalisation feature didn’t accept an apostrophe as a valid character, forcing me to be grammatically incorrect, even though the image used to advertise the product did feature a message with an apostrophe

made an error in the delivery postcode unable to email a correction had to phone the next day to have it corrected followed email trail but when tried to send nothing happened

I ordered a card and gift for my friend's birthday and paid extra for next day delivery. My tracking has told me the parcel will come over a week after I ordered it and the card after her birthday. Bit disappointed to say the least.

It was good - although I selected the most expensive next day delivery - as in the information box next to it, it said it would be delivered by tomorrow - all the others said Tuesday as it's a bank holiday. So I paid nearly 10 pounds for this postage, to then find on receiving my order confirmation that it won't be there till Tuesday, so I've wasted money on a more expensive postage to not gain anything from it.

My only disappointment is that I was trying to buy the gift to be sent to a friend for her birthday. On checking out I was given no choice to enter gift address. As I paid by PayPal I entered my friends address for delivery only to find once I’d decided to open an account with you it was all in my friends address and not mine. I tried to change but failed. The other problem I have is my paperwork, is invoice and payment details will not likely be sent to my friend with the item purchased. I have emailed yourselves trying to get this changed prior to delivery. I wait in anticipation to hear that my emails have been read and changes made.

Good range of products but for a website with the sole purpose of buying presents to send to someone. WHY is there no nominated day delivery?! If there is one I sure as hell couldn't find it! Also why would you ever send out presents separately? Just a few things that feel like they weren’t thought through or weren’t done for whatever reason (budget or internal logistics)

Hiya! Thanks for your feedback, unfortunately if the option for a selected day is not listed on the item, then the courier simply does not offer it, the only selected day we do offer is Saturday on some items. Or alternatively if the item is personalised because of allowing the extra time for them to be produced we simply cannot do this. As for items coming separately, anything not personalised comes straight from our warehouse, we have lots of personalised items from all different suppliers on the website, that come straight from themselves, this is why they come separately :) this is also again due to allowing time for personalised items to be produced, so they cannot arrive as quickly as our other items. We 100% get where you're coming from, I can assure you we have thought about these things, but doing it this way allows us to have such a wide range of gifts on our site :D Prezzybox
