“The book wasn't as good quality as I'd hoped and felt a bit flimsy. Also, there was a slight dark mark (tiny but still there) on the front (white!) page, and the binding of the pages feels a bit loose in the spine. It does the job but I was hoping for something a bit more sturdy!”

“By asking customers to "review" item immediately after order is placed forces us to give you a "middle of the road" review [3*'s] as we have NOTHING to review! WHILST, IF you requested the review once we've RECEIVED item, you may get a much better LEGITIMATE 5*'s! You'd definitely improve your overall review grade if you sent request out at correct time (:) Today is 13/7/19 - you've advised me that delivery of my item will be in 5-10 days time.”

“Happy with the navigation of the site, but I paid more than standard delivery at £5.99 for next day delivery (on a Friday) and once the order was completed, it stated that the estimated time of delivery was Monday. Very misleading.”

“Easy ordering although one item that I ordered came in the wrong colour. Customer service were helpful and told me correct item will be sent out by Friday. Its now on a wk from then and item has never arrived for my husbands 40th present. Refunded in the end but still paid postage for it and was the item ever sent out again? Disappointed as ordered early for husbands birthday so be aware.”
