Would be 5* but it doesn't work on mobile, when I tried to make a purchase it came up with an error as it couldn't work out how to do the card check...

Although the products are innovative & quite well priced the website is very slow. I have read reviews & have read that some items arrive broken. I’ll have to wait to comment on that. Hopefully that won’t be my experience. But stocking fillers purchased. Hurrah.

3 items ordered for Grandchildren's Christmas, 2 were acceptable, the Peppa Pig book was disappointing, but hey you get what you pay for, but in this case a little pricey!

Nice products. I don’t like that once I’ve added an item to my basket I can’t see The personalisation that I’ve added. It’s useful to always double check it before purchasing. I also think it’s weird that the website suggests other items before and above the product description.

I strongly object to being co-erced into using PayPal, when your system refused to recognise my debit card details, four times, although the PayPal transaction using the same details went through immediately. Please don’t offer your customers an option which your system is not programmed to accept. Had I known you only offered PayPal I would have shopped elsewhere.

It's very strange to ask for a review within a few hours of placing my order - haven't even received the order yet. Maybe wait until I have received it as I have no idea yet how efficient you are going to be!

Lovely website, but one cannot zoom in or access the present yu bought. Very important to zoom in to see you have bought the correct thing. If the purchase is a present, it would be great to have to option of adding the name of the person you are delivering the present to - in the delivery address, add a field for a name differrent from the payee's
