“The delivery company left the cardboard box contains our order in a recycling box during torrential rain despite our porch being unlocked. One product was sopping. Although this is not Prezzybox's fault directly, I think it is a bit poor that your couriers have let you down.”

“After placing my order I get an email next day saying that the supplier could not do my order because there were no newspapers printed on 26 Dec 1948. After that I went online myself and found a newspaper for that day The Sunday Post. So I am veru disappointed with your service.”

“After saving items for later, a couple of days ago I then went to purchase them today whilst also looking at other products to find that it has disappeared...after buying other products my ‘save for later’ still says one items but when I go into it...nothing is there and when I search the product by name it doesn’t come up which was a little frustrating but other than that was fine”
