“Received my package yesterday. Upon opening today the plastic packaging is damaged. If this gift had been for a child I would be more upset than I am but in the grand scheme of things I’m just going to suggest that maybe for future reference don’t ram two items such as this into 1 small box . First time experience yes. Would I use prezzybox again 🤔”

“Great products, super fast delivery but the box was damaged on arrival. The damage to the box did not effect the cups inside but this will be a present so would have preferred it to be perfect”

“Loved the products - you need to change your courier service though - my delivery was changed 4 times and I needed the gift for a specific time and date. I had to go out and buy a different gift.”

“I spent over £100 on a golf lesson and all I have got to give as a present is printed piece of A4 paper from work. It would feel better if I had something that at least looked a bit special to actually give as a gift. I hope the experience is good but I don’t feel like the present has value because of the presentation.”

“Prezzybox has a huge range of creative gifts for a decent value. However I really struggled with my favourited items. Even though I would log in they would always be gone and I’d have to scroll through the whole website to find them again to purchase them.”

“The products and prices were fine, however I wasn't impressed with the courier they used. Because I didn't answer my door within 10 seconds, the courier 'threw' (his words not mine) my parcel over the gate. It wasn't damaged but I was not impressed as it contained glass.”

“It looks really good and easy to use, the little balls under the feet aren't as soft as I expected, they feel a bit rough. But it's good for the price, I wish it didn't have the AA batteries and had a charger instead.”
