Hi, loved the product and how quickly it was delivered. Real shame though that when it arrived it had been squashed in transit and the packaging ruined. Not great as giving as a gift.

With the risk of not getting selected for your £50 draw, I would like to put forward an honest review of my experience. Firstly, I was impressed by your website and the range of products to select from, items were easy to choose and add to my basket, to process my personal details was also straightforward and there was no issue. My disappointment was that I paid for an express delivery, this parcel never arrived when it was expected to (21/12/2019). I tried calling Prezzybox only to get an automated message stating that your mailbox was full, this frustrated me as the recipient had waited most of the day for the package to arrive? I was able to contact your offices this morning and spoke to a polite Gentleman named 'Richard' he was very informative and explained that due to the time of year and the fact that the delivery address was in Northern Ireland the express option was a little optimistic; I am a reasonable person and understand this. My disappointment is that this wasn't mentioned when I placed my order, if there was then it would have prepared me of my expectation. The parcel, has still not arrived, I am hoping it will by tomorrow at the latest as it is a gift for Christmas. Regards, Mr. A. R. Brogan

My parcel was due sat the 21st of Dec and it's now the day after and I still haven't received it. Don't say the estimate if delivery isn't accurate please.
