Box was delivered to my parents home and was very badly damaged. It was a mothers day gift so I am concerned that the contents are damaged. I am aware this may be a problem with the coureir but if that is the servicer toy have chosen to partner with then I still feel like I should flag it to yourselves. Once my mother opens the box on Mothers Day I will hopefully receive an update on the state of the good and will update yourselves if necessary.

Ordered a personalised confectionery item, for Valentine's Day. Upon confirmation of order, was told by email, that I would have a 'confirmation of dispatch' email. This did not happen. I also contacted the customer support team, who said they do not send dispatch emails and that my item was on its way and would be with me in time. By this stage, it was too late (Day before Valentine's) I ended up having to make an alternative purchase, as I was not guaranteed that the item would arrive in time. Fortunately, the personalised item DID arrive, on 13 Feb, which I was very pleased with. It's a shame that the communication was not better leading up to delivery, which led to inconvenience and unnecessary emails etc. I emailed them to confirm receipt of delivery, along with opportunity to recognise the inconvenience caused. Still waiting for a reply, hence my 'Acceptable' rating.

To be honest I'm a little disappointed that I have had to wait as long as i have for my order, I just hope my order is worth the wait!

This was a 90th birthday gift for my aunt. The gift arrived without any card or indication of who sent it. This caused my aunt distress as she did not know who sent it or who to thank for it. As you can imagine this was not the outcome I expected when ordering the gift. On complaining the response was not helpful and it appeared the only thing they wanted to do was ‘ close’ the complaint.

Disappointed in eggy board. Wanted the steggasaurus and thought this was on all boards. Ended up with broken egg with CHICK COMING OUT. Great for a dippy egg board I don't think. My granddaughter will have nightmares.

Hi I got the valentine smash heart was very nice but it was already broke when I received it the box was intack so must of been broken when it was put in the box sorry for bad feed back .I also got crazy cat lady mug my sister loved it thank you x

Gift bought for valentine's.. no guarantee it will be here in time although purchased with ample time frame. Also no preview of personalised gift slightly disappointed me as unsure what the end product will be like! The gift itself is unusual and seems nice hopefully wont be disappointed on receipt of purchase.

The gift was ordered easily but when I chose to pay via Paypal there was no option to provide a message for the recipient. She received the box on time but didn't know who it was from until id messaged her on her birthday to tell her .

I would say shopping was a smooth sail but getting my Malaysian address on to the online order form was a little cumbersome. Im sure you cater for the local more than overseas purchases. However, with the internet this days, our world is getting smaller, and hence we make more and more friends around the world easily. Otherwise everything else was just perfect. One suggestion though. It would be nice if you could include a FREE picture and/or video of the recipient receiving his/her gift and sent to sender. Ofcourse with the request of sender and permission of recipient. Needed a 60th birthday gift within 2 days. Found prezzybox and ordered a personalised glass late on Wednesday for next day delivery.. It was despatched on Thursday and arrived on Friday in time for the party on Saturday. Pretty good for a personalised item. A good price too. Very pleased.

I was sending a gift that I wanted to arrive next day and this was a site that came up as having that facility. When ordering I was paying by PayPal and was surprised when it didn't take me back to the site to put in "to" and "from" details and possibly option to add a message to the recipient but instead just finalised and gave me an order number. Thankfully I had put the delivery details into PayPal otherwise it would have ended up at my door! Think the item itself was ok but I was disappointed in not being able to add a message on what is a gifting site! I had to message my friend the next day to let her know who it was from and she confirmed that there was nothing at all on it to suggest it was from me. Good if you want to send anonymous gifts I suppose!
