Had to amend order as hadn’t realised I couldn’t order two items and send them to different addresses. This needs to be clearer if you’re paying by PayPal especially. However, the staff promptly cancelled one order and sorted it for me

Ordering was easy . However it went downhill after that . Hermes said they had a problem delivering . The address was correct and my sister waited in to be sure not to miss them . No-one else has a problem delivering to that address . Because of this when / if she gets the present it will have missed her birthday ! Very disappointed with courier . However the lady at prezzybox was extremely helpful and I have faith that she will sort it out . You should be proud of your staff .

The product was good quality, but the website claimed the socks were a letter box gift, and the post man was unable to fit it through the letter box, luckily he has a nice neighbour who held on to it for him. Other than that; happy with product

Delivery held up.Tracking showed that on Saturday it would start moving within 24 hours. No update & not sure of delivery date now It was a pressie to cheer up my son. I do however understand that delays occurring due to Covit19

Pleased with the purchases but I was disappointed I couldn’t change the delivery address. The lady has been helpful with my query but it seems the partner are very quick with dispatching so I missed out with the change. Let’s hope when the cookies arrive they are in 1 piece ! Thanks.

Very quick response to my email which was great. I did however pay for next day delivery but it didn’t come the next day so was too late for when I needed the gifts!
