“This was acceptable as the chocolates were sent as expected and was received in good time but the personalised name and message was missing and the box was therefore plain. My girlfriend was confused and the gift wasn't received as well because of the confusion. Shame the message was missing (half the point!).”

“I was grateful for your next day delivery options after my sister's birthday present went astray in the post and I had to get something else sent to her asap. However, having paid extra for Saturday delivery, the item didn't arrive with her until Monday, so I was very disappointed by that.”

“The box to the Beard shaving bib cake very crumpled, which is a shame as it is a gift for someone and it looks in a poor state. The other items I ordered, however, came exactly as expected and I’m very pleased with them.”

“Bit gutted because I changed my mind about wording mugs and used my email link to amend personalisation a few hours after order placed Got a response 1/2 days later to say too late to change [then why give that option to start with] but they could send out with new wording but charge cost I went straight back on this to ask how much that would be but had also already in meantime sent through alternative wording Never heard back thereafter and of course my original order has just arrived My fault and know current situation is difficult but frustrating all the same Won’t be asking for revised mugs as the quality of the mug is ok but not great and not very big for what I would call a mug Speedy service though, can’t fault that”

“The whole adventure of ordering from prezzy box was good , the site was easy to navigate, there was lots of choice and ease with ordering however after placing my order for next day delivery on Wednesday with an extra £5.99 added to the cost roughly expecting the items to arrive by the Friday - we’re on Sunday and the courier has yet to receive the items so it looks like it will be Monday or Tuesday. Order standard delivery because next day will be next week instead”

“Ordered Chocolate Smash Cup on 31st march because website stated there were no delivery delays in these Covid 19 times. Item was shown as despatched 3rd April for delivery 7th tor 8th april. Item did not arrive and was required for an Easter Birthday. On phoning Prezzybox when the item did not arrive they arranged for a new 24 hour Royal Mail delivery, but this did not arrive until Tuesday 14th April, (After Easter). On a positive note, when it did arrive it looked very good and we were pleased with that. Our feedback on it's contents, variety, quality and taste of the chocolate is that it was very good. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and did all she could for us, but it's a shame the delivery let the experiance down.”
