The order came for a Father’s Day present as suggested on your website and because of its unique shape of the gift the packaging was also same shape and he guessed right away. Very disappointed especially when I could of got it from the supermarket far cheaper and it would be a surprise still.

Ordered 2 items from here, received an email to say the first item had been delivered but the other item turned up instead. Delivery was fairly quick considering the circumstances and the item was good quality!

have ordered a few times and when I receive the items they are fine,but their website always causes me problems. it's not very efficient.This last delivery was sent to me instead of the recipient!

Used the Hermes tracker which said it would be delivered between 4pm & 8pm that day. Arrived the following morning at 7am! Tracker said it had been delivered at 9pm previous day!.Hermes not a reliable service. Daughter was pleased with her book though.

The Zymurgorium Gin Experience Pack made a wonderfully unique birthday present for my friend. I'm very happy with the product however delivery options on the website ought to be clearer about delivery times. I paid £10 for next day delivery which I didn't get. The website should grey out this option when it's not feasible.

Hi, I received my t-shirt today. Unfortunately it is faulty. The fabric was not flattened correctly when printing which has left a white crease on the left shoulder of the fabric. I will have to return it and get a refund as there is not enough time to have it changed before 1st June. Sorry Rachel Galloway

I googled next day gifts and your site appeared, I found 2 lovely ideas which I ordered and even though they appeared as next day gifts I paid extra for express delivery. This was Thurs 14/5/20. The confirmation email said the order would arrive between Fri 15/5 and Mon 18/5,however it wasn't dispatched until Monday. I appreciate we are having a global pandemic at present but feel disappointed that your site represented next day delivery and I paid extra to be more assured? Maybe in future don't say you can provide a service of next day if you can't provide?!

Fantastic range of products on offer and I found exactly what I wanted. My rating would have been 5 stars except the website wouldn’t allow me to press the ‘change address’ green button on my mobile phone. I tried to do this several times but I had to log out and use a laptop to complete my order.

Website a bit clunky. Had to reload a couple of times and re ajust things. Also the delivery date has been pushed back but only after payment was made.
