“Not happy with the items arrival as I ordered men’s socks ,,all stars” theme as it was my husband’s birthday and he is a fan but got “Skechers” instead...very annoyed”

“Everything efficient and arrived in good time, unfortunately, despite appropriate packing,all the corners of the notebook cover were damaged ie.creased up, which spoils the look of the gift. Eluned Hawkins.”

“I would have preferred the delivery date to be earlier. Would have expected this item to be dispatched quicker as it is a birthday gift. Had I realised it would take so long I would have opted for special delivery. Other companies seem able to deliver faster. Cannot comment on Content and presentation as still awaiting delivery. I think it very wrong that you ask for comments and praise long before arrival of product”

“The product is beautiful, but the pictures did deceive me in its size. I never thought to check the dimensions and was surprised at how small it was. The box it came in I felt looked cheap and let it down, but the quality of the product, engraving and speed of delivery was fab.”

“The personalised present was delivered directly to the Birthday Girl with a spelling mistake - I then had to email customer services AND a second email address (all the info including a photo was in original email) to get a replacement item delivered as originally ordered. The correct item arrived six days after the event. Disappointing experience but nice item.”

“First parcel arrived .courier leaving outside in street We are a block of flats can leave for a neighbour .Not doing so.2nd parcel card said other side of door .cannot find it .paid for so not happy.service quick .courier not leaving in safe place .”
