“Card and gift arrived separately, not happy but it was explained to me reasons why when I complained. Reimbursement of delivery charge so satisfied. Gifts are great and will still use”

“I did order express delivery paid £5.99 on Thursday and emailed to request it was sent out for delivery on Friday, which you confirmed would be done. I did not receive anything on Friday so contacted you again to request Saturday delivery as I had a birthday party. I unfortunately didn't receive in time and only received today which was disappointed, I was hoping you would try to contact the courier to assist with request.”

“I can only rate 2 as I haven’t received the product that was due on the 4/07/2020 by Saturday delivery But found ur website very easy to go through, My Hermes are horrid and incompetent before COVID and present Hope I get a refund of £5.99 for Saturday delivery and hope I don’t need one for the product .”

“Paid extra supplement to have gift hand delivered today as it was present for aunt's 80th Birthday and it came yesterday instead so feel I should have paid just the normal delivery instead, in saying that though as we are in middle of covid19 crisis better to deliver gift early than not at all...so thank you prezzybox..xx”

“Wouldn’t let me add a gift message. Emailed the next day, they said they would add the message, but then they couldn’t as order already gone. Apart from the recipient not knowing who their gift is from I was pleased with Prezzybox. This link won’t work either, keep trying. Had to go on a website to send it. Please sort your links out, this was the first time I’ve used this service, undecided if would use again as links won’t work.”

“Masks arrived on time and well packaged. Pretty designs and with small ear-loop bands to adjust the length of the loops. Masks are fairly thin and really need a bit more shape to them so they fit better. A wired top band would also be an improvement. Not sure they were worth the money.”

“Bought the 100 Dates Poster for my husband, it was very cute, had lots of cool date-ideas. He loved the gift. As Im stuck in another country and hes in the UK, I had asked Prezzybox to include a gift message for him. Was very disappointed when I realized that they typed the message in the Delivery Invoice underneath the Product Order Details instead of like in a regular plain paper. He hadn't even seen the message until I asked him if he did (cuz obviously who checks the delivery invoice) and then checked the delivery receipt. But apart from this, the gift was cute.”
