“Prezzybox ordering ok, however let down by Hermes not delivering on the Saturday as requested and paid for. During COVID-19 I thought all deliveries were being left at addresses without contact and without the need for someone to be home? Would use prezzybox again, but use delivery that wasn’t Hermes.”

“Mug arrived quickly and as described. However i was very disappointed with the personalisaiton as the printing on the mug was not centralised in the space so it looks badly printed”

“The personalised girlfriend cushion I ordered arrived today, I have to say I am a little bit disappointed. The picture printed on the cushion is really good quality and I have to say it was better than I expected, how ever the cushion itself is poor quality and very badly finished off makes it look very cheap. Which at over £18 including delivery is not cheap. If the cushion had been finished off correctly I would of given this a five star unfortunately due to the sawing I would not recommend.”

“I am absolutely over the moon with the product, I have a shop and have already sold a few hampers. The quality for the money is excellent value. There was however, a problem with Hermes delivery and they were delivered a few days after they should have been. I ordered some smaller ones and have once again had problems with delivery. Due Weds/Thurs apparently driver has a problem with delivery address again??? Fab product, maybe use a different carrier?”
