Present was great. Only 3 stars because it was delivered a day later than expected and missed friends birthday even though I had paid for express delivery.

The gifts are great, but the box they arrived in was so badly crushed, that the actual boxes of the toys were damaged too. Unfortunately they were a last minute gift, or I would have sent them back. Maybe try a different courier.

Fine but the cat socks didn’t turn out as well as I expected. The shape of the cat’s face must be standard template so it didn’t quite line up.

Received my order and to be honest was not impressed with some of the items quality! Ok I know they weren't high end items but still I could have got better on a couple of the items at Poundland. Sorry! As they were xmas presents I've had to go out today to buy a second present for two people as felt that their presents that I bought from your company were not good enough quality! Not happy had to do that as cost me another £18.00. Apologies that I had to write this review. Yours sincerely, Angela and Chris Adams

Good gifts. Delivery was disappointing however but when I called on the matter I was refunded for the Express service.

Took 2 deliveries to get my order, poor packing on the 1st meant a small gin bottle smashed. Can't fault the speed of delivery though. May use Prezzybox again but would not order anything fragile after this experience Barrie Walle

Ordered an item that was listed as a headphone stand. Its not at all! It's just a big ornament. Was way too much plastic packaging as well, I understand that goods need to be protected but this was too the extreme
