It’s ok - gift is fine - but I HATE the fact that you use Hermes who found it acceptable to leave my package in an unsafe place - just dumped on my doorstep where anyone could pick it up! Won’t be buying from you again.

Shopping experience was fine - got what I wanted. I ordered two items, one personalised (from Prezzybox supplier) and one direct from Prezzybox. It wasn't clear at checkout that the gift messaging I was adding wouldn't be included with the personalised item. Was then told I can't get it included and can't contact the supplier to get one added. Don't have tracking information available for this item either.

Order was easy to place and arrived extremely quickly, however the packaging was inadequate which meant one of the items has had its packaging completely squashed. This looks bad when giving as a gift.

Wanted to send my granddaughter a gift to say well done on her exam results. Have still not received notification as to whether she has received it. However I think it is still within the 5 working days. Ordered on Saturday now Thursday.

Delivery was promised by yesterday, so arrived a day late. You would be better quoting longer postage times to allow for any current delays. Promise long, deliver short.
