Not very happy with state of box and have not had chance to make sure goods are ok but will contact you if there is an issue.

I was very pleased with the carafe I ordered. However I was not as pleased with the delivery. My wif opened the door, then the Hermes delivery driver threw the dented box on to the floor at my wife's feet. My wife then informed him it contained glass, to which he replied....it's not broken, then walked off.

just received the 3 items i have bought for gifts at Christmas I will be returning the carpenters spirit level pencil, the bubble is terrible. I understand its a novelty but i would have thought it could have been used practically. no use whatsoever. the jam shower gel and toast sponge is brilliant and will make my mum in law smile, also the stormtrooper glass is great for my brother too. o out of 3 gifts, 2 are great!!

I was ordering the personalised socks and the website kept removing the photos when I was adding the item to my cart, it took 20 minutes to get it finished in the end.

The parcel was being delivered to my daughter and when I was notified it had been delivered I rang her and asked her if she got it ok. She said she was in all day and no-one had called. When I looked at where the parcel had been left I told her to go and look over her fence and there it was in her back yard. She was annoyed that he hadn't rung the bell to alert her it had been delivered. I know we have to be careful about Covid but surely he should have rung the bell to alert her it had been delivered. It was only because I had been sent a photo of him throwing it.

Product (chocolate pizza) was good and enjoyed by my boyfriend who I sent it to as a gift, however the courier service (Hermes) was poor. They left the parcel outside of my boyfriends house on the street, in view of everyone walking by. He had to return home from work during his lunch break to retrieve the parcel so that it didn’t get soaked with rain / damaged / stolen.

I ordered 2 things for a birthday gift and assumed they would be delivered together, it wasn’t until I got the email confirmation that I realised they would be separate, I felt it spoiled the gift as it wasn’t what I wanted, first gift was nice but one still not been delivered, do like your things so hopefully next time will be better

Whilst the website is great for gift buying options the company they use th send their deliveries put is diabolical. Having paid for priority delivery so that the gifts would arrive on time for my partners 40th birthday I was extremely upset to be told that apparanlty the courier service couldn't find the address, more likely couldn't be bothered to find it. Why bother adding the option of different delivery days if the company you choose to use cannot honor it . Great gift company, very bad choice of courier service.

Don't know how good the product was, because I couldn't see it. Can't score it without seeing it. It was delivered to my daughter in time, so can comment in that.

Item was good although the postage costs were a bit expensive as instead of the big cardboard slip it was put in it could have been posted in a small padded envelope instead. I paid nearly as much for postage as I did for the item

I am disappointed. I been expecting to get nice and quite big chocolate tree. But when i open a box, I can’t believe how small it is. Doesn’t worth it ti pay that money for this.

The item arrived on time and the outer packing box was sound, but the manufactures box was smashed in on one of the corners. Whoever packed the parcel must have known this... Not good
