I ordered 3 items to my friend as a birthday present and all 3 items came in separate packages on different days which wasn't very helpful. However, communication via email about the parcel delivers was very good!

I was excited to find Prezzybox because I've been looking for an online gift service for ages that's good enough to replace Amazon. I was very happy to see that the website was user friendly, full of nice and reasonably price gifts, even sorted into relevant categories! I sent my sister some truffles as a housewarming gift and they arrived in good time, with a picture sent to my email as proof. However, it was irritating that I couldn't attach a note to the gift - I had to text my sister to let her know the gift was from me as a housewarming. Maybe there is a function to attach a note, but it wasn't obvious to me and to be honest it ruined the effect a bit. I really hope Prezzybox reads this and changes it because I would like to use the site again. If there was a note feature this review would be 5 stars.

Lovely gifts but dreadful packaging. The message for the recipient was dreadful and more like a cheap sales invoice, hard to notice the message as full of their own bumpf. The box grotty, weak cardboard was completed dented and held together with just one line of tape which (obviously ) came undone in transit. The items inside were not wrapped even in a cheap way and I would never send this direct to a recipient, which I was led to believe is the whole point. They let themselves down badly with presentation, customer care and common sense really.

A little disappointed in the ‘personalised’ pack of chocolate bars. The personalised message was attached to the lid of the outer packaging which had been sellotaped, this resulted in it being damaged in order to open the box.

Considering it's a site to buy presents, the items turning up in a plain old brown box with a few leaflets chucked in and a delivery note (which I stated was not to be put in) was a little bit of a let down. Only 1 of 2 gifts were delivered, I'm hoping the personalised bottle of prosecco for my sister's 40th is a little more exciting. Think I'll stick to other sites from now on.

It was good however I payed for express delivery but it didn’t really arrive on the day it was meant to. Plus it only gave me an option for express on one item.

The general shopping was brilliant. I was able to find exactly what I wanted and there are many great items on the website. However one of the items I ordered arrived today and I am rather disappointed with the quality of the item compared to the price I spent. I could have made the item myself and it would have cost me a tenth of the price. This is the first and hopefully only time I have not been fully satisfied with an item I have ordered.

Three out of four items arrived very swiftly - thank you. Still waiting for the last item to arrive with no tracking facility which is frustrating. Unfortunately the magnetic wristband marketed for men, is not very big at all. In fact it is tiny and looks like it’s designed for a small boy. The Velcro barely catches on my husbands wrist so I don’t think it’s going to stay on easily.

Took a while to arrive and product was substandard. It's not strong or stable, takes a while to get it in some kind of sideway position. Pretty disappointed as it was a present

So I ordered a friend for her birthday one of the gin taster sets. I would like to say better things but I’ve put Acceptable only because she really liked her gift. For me the experience was unfortunately ruined when I found out that Hermes had ‘delivered’ my package but there was nothing at the door. The courier took a picture of the parcel and I had to go around the neighbourhood trying to match the door picture in the photo. Turns out it got delivered to some neighbours who were away on holiday and weren’t home. Thankfully just by chance the mother of one of them was checking up on the house and saw that a parcel was sat outside basically up for grabs to anyone! So she took it in not realising it was for a different house, and I only managed to get it from her on the day of my friends birthday, when I rang the doorbell in a last ditch attempt, having had to purchase a back up gift because I didn’t think I was getting this one. So all in all a gift that I was excited to get as I knew my fiend would love it, but the experience was ruined by the confusion, stress and anger from the courier delivering to the wrong house.

Process fine on line. The items were chocolate bombs and when they were delivered, one had melted ! And they were a present!
