Decent enough gift but the courier you use is awful. Despite fragile tape all around the box it was badly smashed up. Fortunately I wasn't bothered about the box of the gift itself

Was told that both things i ordered where coming at the same time. When I received and opened my order only one item came and o found that the other was coming later on. More updates would have been useful

Prezzybox is okay & the selection fair. Was able to find a secret santa gift good enough for a 60+, eccentric work colleague. Choice of courier (Yodel) appalling...hence 3 stars & not 4.

Pretty decent. Bought a blow up jesus, pretty funny. Last year bought a stint jug which was pretty cheap quality. Overall though, it's alright.

A book arrived worn out on the sides. It did not look brand new, ehic is a let down as it is meant to be a gift for someone.

The site was easy to navigate as my dad found a gift he wanted to purchase for his mate. I ordered it However the prezzybox site said there was a problem with the transaction and that it didn't go through. I left it a couple of hours and when no confirmation came through I purchased another one off of Etsy for less money and it was personalised. I then get an email from Hermes to say my parcel is out for delivery, I checked my junk and there was the email from prezzybox. Unfortunately Hermes left the parcel on my doorstep in broad daylight for all to see whilst I was at work. Thankfully one of my neighbours spotted it and took it in for me before someone else did. We now have two bar signs one from prezzybox for £20 and a personalised one from Etsy for £15. I'm sure overall this is a good site it's just unfortunate that the site said there was a problem, I then found a better product for cheaper elsewhere and your choice in courier isn't great. The item was delivered quickly though.
