“Item was a perfect Secret Santa gift, however Hermes is a horrible courier and I'm unsure if my package actually got delivered. Please change couriers!”

“The present was delivered on time to my friend but there was NO note in it to say who it was from, even though i had put this on my order. Not very good as she had to ring round to see who had sent it. Not sure if i will use you again.”

“Unfortunately one of the bottles in the Gin Experience pack was broken at the neck of the bottle. I may have to wait to try the Cherry on top Bakewell liqueur. On the bright side, all the other drinks arrived intact and look very interesting. Hopefully the wife will give me taster at Christmas”

“The order arrived very quickly, but unfortunately one bombe was broken in the box. However, it tasted the same and my daughter had opened it anyway, so I couldn't give to her as a Christmas present. Serves her right!”

“The delivery and product were great. The problem was....... I entered a personal message on ordering that was supposed to be written on the gift packaging somewhere. Unfortunately Prezzybox failed to do this so the recipient for my gift was somewhat perplexed at first to whom had sent the gift. This I felt, detracted greatly from the experience of the recipient. I Cant fault the quality of the actual gift but the ordering process needs some improvements.”

“Could not change adress even though I cled and emailed immediately after putting the order in. Automaticly used my billing address instead of sending to the recipient, surely most of the time this is the case. Arrived very quickly”

“The product arrived looking dirty and some of the plastic pulled away, like it was second hand or in storage for a while. It is functional and works so I will clean it up, but not great presentation.”

“Was very disappointed in the fact that when I tried to track my order, the prezzybox site said it was in the hands of the courier but the courier said that they were waiting to take receipt of the order two days later. Still waiting for it to turn up. But hey it's Christmas”
