“My relative was delighted with the gift but I was disappointed there was no option to enclose a message saying who it was from, and the postage was quite expensive.”

“Good, easy to use website. I like the personalisation element of my card I got. Hand sanitiser is a bit late arriving .... has not arrived yet. Updates on delivery would be a bonus.”

“I can’t say yet as the items have not been delivered. Obviously in covid 19 time things are different and there is a message on website saying it may take more time to deliver than normal. That is fine for me but maybe this survey shouldn’t come out until the items are delivered and then you may have had a higher score.”

“The item I received isn't the one pictured on the listing!! Its the same make and product but slightly different design. I'd seen the one I've received cheaper elsewhere but opted for the prezzy box one as I prefered the look of it, only to receive a product that doesn't look like the picture. Not the end of the world but a bit disappointing as I could've saved money by purchasing elsewhere had I known the listing picture wasn't an accurate representation.”

“Had problems with the delivery, MyHermes lost the original one but PrezzyBox customer service were excellent and sent out another. The screen stand itself is robust, but poorly designed. It uses allen keys to adjust tension and they 3 different sizes so you have keep them with the stand. The suckers on the base also have adhesive on them, which is strange and doesnt help them stick! In fact thats the biggest issue - its not very stable and the suckers dont suck very well, even with the sticky stuff. Also worth noting that the maximum size the jaws/clamp will open to is about 7.5" - its misleading to say that it will take devices up to 11" as this is the length not the width.”

“Paid £10 for next day delivery, it arrived 4 days after placing my order. Items fairly well priced, website easy to navigate. Delivery severely let them down.”

“I Purchased a gift from the gifts which fit in the letter box section. Delivery arrived quickly but the driver left a card instead of posting the package. Apart from that I am Happy with the product.”

“This is an honest review based on my experience. Step by step breakdown. I made an order and realised immediately I ordered the wrong product, in which I then contacted the customer service within two minutes. I received a reply stating the order can not be refunded as it has already been processed and ready for dispatched, this confused me and I raised the question, I cancelled my order immediately this seems silly. So I called the customer service and they also confirmed it was too late. Couple hours later I received a separate email saying my order has been refunded and the product will not be delivered, which I was grateful for. To my surprise the order got delivered next day. I received an email saying the product may be delivered and to refuse the order if it does, but it was too late as the delivery courier dropped and ran. I have been refunded now but I am still trying to return the package and await the return papers? I think the customer service could have been kept more in tandem with each other. The issues did get resolved in the end but there was a lot of back and fourth”

“Wish l had read the reviews before placing the order regarding your delivery dates my daughter is 40 on Saturday and would have liked the gift for then. So we will wait and see. No problem ordering you just don’t advise how long delivery will be.”
