Candle nice but book delivered separately (so they didn't realise who it was from) and interactiveelememnt didn't work.

Sorry, didn't arrive by specified date, so can't review. Believe it was despatched shortly after order placed, so problem with carriers?

Nice and easy website to navigate around and prices are good. The only disadvantage of this was that when I placed an order, I was told that I would receive confirmation as to when the items would be dispatched. Looking through my emails, I cannot see any emails from Prezzybox so am unsure as to whether the items have been dispatched/delivered.

I went to order some items on Thursday and it said that Saturday was available for them if I ordered before 4:30 Friday. I left it and placed the order at midday Friday and the delivery option wasn’t there so it won’t come til Wednesday. I was confused as it said on the website you do Saturday delivery and didn’t say I had to order it in the Thursday for this.

I specifically ordered from you as you had the earliest delivery slot available, unfortunately I received an email from you apologising that this would not be the case, delivery wouldn't be the Saturday before Easter it would wed/thu hopefully. Whilst I appreciate the £5 I was given, I appreciate also that with the worlds circumstances at the moment, it perhaps could not be helped. It did upset me that my mother wouldn't receive her beautiful Easter present on time, but never mind- she will still get it and she will still love it. Some really lovely gifts on the site though, I will definitely still return.

Parcel arrived ... as per emails , however one if the items is broken. Box too big. Too much room for item to move around. I have emailed, awaiting a response

Website was easy to use, but I didn’t see any section to write a gift note which I thought would come up at the end but it didn’t. So the person won’t know who the present is from when they receive it

I ordered an item on Tuesday this week but it was only dispatched yesterday. Wish I’d have known it would take so long to dispatch as kids are disappointed it’s not here on the delivery date it said.

Paid for next day delivery on the 6th. It didn't arrive till the 8th and was left in a shed with no note to explain, so gift didn't arrive in my friends hands until today, the 9th, when I had to ask if she had received her surprise.
