Brilliant service and you can actually speak to someone very quickly but I'd fully advise them to change their courier company (Hermes) as my gift didn't come on time and even though it should have arrived within a couple of days (which is exactly the time I needed to receive it), it seemingly was 'stuck' somewhere and you could not contact Hermes for love nor money, there was no 'live chat' (despite them saying there was live chat on their answering service) and you couldn't speak to anyone no matter what you did (there were incorrect no's, obsolete no's, unobtainable no's, you name it, you're not going to speak to anyone). I actually said to Prezzybox if I see they are using Hermes again, I will not use Prezzybox (although I'm not sure how you know which courier company they use until you submit your order!). Anyway, I got a full refund, I was very annoyed and I had to go and buy another gift. I told Prezzybox they are going to lose a lot of business because of Hermes and the extremely helpful and extremely conscientious Prezzybox woman said she would feedback my comments to the appropriate people. So an excellent company but a godawful courier company. Good luck Prezzybox!

The two items I ordered from Prezzybox arrived on time. There was an issue with one of the items from a Partner of Prezzybox getting lost in transit. It was quickly resolved by Prezzybox, however, as this was my first time using Prezzybox it does not fill me confidence to use the service again

Was easy to order but when I placed the order which said it would be delivered this week it then changed to a delivery date of 22 nd October, this was a present I needed for this Saturday so as you can imagine I’m disappointed and I wouldn’t have ordered it if it had originally gave that date. when I made my order I was told next day delivery was free if I ordered within the hour,which I did, but when I went to payment you charged me £3.95 for delivery . Iwon't trust you again unfortunately

Very happy with the product but appalled by how much packaging was used - for a shower cap (that isn’t breakable) that already comes in a plastic tube, it was in a cardboard box that was much too big and then there was so much plastic bubble wrap packing too which was totally unneeded given the product. I think you should be considering being more environmentally friendly with your packaging.

I was looking for a gift that I could send by post andI wasdelighted with range of gifts on the site. I encountered a problem when trying to order a personalised gift and emailed for help. The response was prompt (a 'technical' problem) but the resulting order process was confusing. I telephoned and was assisted promptly and politely. I encountered another problem in having a different delivery address to the payment address so another email was required! Again, a prompt response. So, this is why I have only given 3 stars. Overall I am satisfied (the goods have yet to be delivered though!) but the ordering process needs to be a lot clearer.

I've been asked to review five minutes after placing my order, so can't comment on the quality of the products. However the website is extremely annoying as it kept kicking me out when I was uploading photos. Very frustrating.

Hoping the gift I bought will be as good as reviews suggested, but the mobile ordering sight is useless: there's no way to edit the name of the person the gift is going to - it just defaulted to my name! So instead I moved to a computer to place the order and found the final page didn't summarise everything, so I had no idea whether my personal message was on the gift or not, until I got the confirmation email later. Pretty poor system and all very stressful, to be honest.

Some good gift ideas. I do consider them to be on the expensive side, too much so for what I would normally pay but had a £5 off voucher. This just took £1 off the cost of the item which was already over priced and the £4 postage. The gift looks really nice so I'm looking forward to it arriving.

Only giving a 3 at the moment even though the order went though with Out hitch, found the thing I was looking for. Just waiting to see if the order comes when they say it would and what the quality is like. but so far so good.
