Socks seem a bit cheap quality for the price but the socks do look good and the recipient will love them .

Ordered item with expected delivery 5 to 7 Feb. Queried via email on 8th as not received item or communication to track item. I then received this email to ask to rate / review my experience. I would like to know where my item is. Update to say it arrived today (after writing original review) - not increasing above 3 star due to lack of promised communication for tracking and a day late. Item though is of great quality.

It was ok some of the fine print details ain’t so clear, so you buy gifts like experience days that state there close to your location but when you arrange the booking some of the locations are ‘subject to availability’ upon making enquires was told they fit in there own direct customers before 3rd party customers.

Gift was delivered in good time. However I did not receive the greeting card as noted in order with message I had typed when the parcel delivered. I assume an oversight.

Presents in good condition. However, a line of the address wasn't put on meaning it went to the wrong place and we had to find it ourselves.

Ordered a cookie, was given a delivery window but could not track where it was or get delivery updates by text. Phoned Orezzybox who were really helpful, but cookie was coming via another party.

Goods arrived promptly and nicely packaged. On opening the box the gift packaging inside the box was damaged which seemed to indicate a faulty gift was pack. No time to send back and ask for replacement. Disappointing.

Bought the musical pillow but can't get it working. It has no instructions with it. This is a bit confusing, it would be good to have some information to enable us to use the item.

Ordered a gift for a 21st present which would arrive in time. Several days later received an email stating it would not be there in time but offered me something else totally unconnected. I then had to ask for a refund which wasn't offered. However it was given and very quickly. Allowing me to order a gift from elsewhere but had to pay extra to get delivery in time.

Bought the solar system lights which look great now that I have fixed them! The battery pack only had a spring on one side. Had to fix with foil!

The underwater disco lights arrived very quickly. The product itself was very cheap. The batteries were hard to get in and as a product that has to go underwater there is no IP rating for safety. Once on they looked very cool but I'm not sure on the safety testing that has been done on the products. These were bought for a party so may only be used once.
