Whilst the process of ordering, payment and delivery was very smooth I was astonished at the actual product on arrival being tiny in comparison to what I was expecting! Cupcakes the size of Maltesers but I’m sure they’ll taste nice!

Product was as described, but when unpackaged the cable provided didn't fit the item The delivery service provided by Yodel was awful. Package was dumped in food waste bin on top of rotting food without bothering to either leave it securely or obtain the required signature. Prezzybox did offer to refund the postage fees when they were told what their delivery provider had done.

Although I was very pleased with the way the picture was presented and very clear I thought the quality of the socks quite poor. In saying that it just might be the type of material that has to be used to produce the image.

Delivery good etc but don't do what I did and just take the pictures at face value; please read the product descriptions, particularly to do with size! Everything I've received is very small and, in my opinion, not worth what I paid for them. Having used a considerable portion of my children's Christmas fund to buy gifts that were meant to be part of their main collective of presents, I now have a number of supporting-cast stocking fillers. Disappointed with the goods. And in myself. Merry Christmas!

Really good product. However delivery communication could have been better, I only received an email to say it had been dispatched, and had no estimated day of arrival. So much so that when it did arrive the box was left on the floor outside the flat while we were out, and was consequently stolen. Thankfully a neighbour find it and returned it to me without my knowing it had even arrived in the first place! I wasn’t impressed that the box was just left without our consent, in the future I would like to see a more secure delivery system.

I found the experience very pleasant, it had a good choice of gifts for a special present. The only disappointment is that the box it came in was quite damaged, so that was a little upsetting. If not for that I would have given five stars but as it's a gift it wasn't ideal. It was obviously damaged when the bottle was placed in it as the outside box it came in was perfect, no damage at all. So come on guy's little things mean a lot to your customers.

Can't comment on the gift yet, the parcel arrived after the estimated time, so it will have be saved for Christmas and I had to shop for another one for the birthday. The member of staff I 'live chatted' with was polite and traced the parcel but it was too late.

Ordered three things, two things arrived. Still waiting for my third item to arrive as it’s a Christmas present. I’ve used this site many times before but this is the first time I’ve been disappointed.
