Item is great, but as it was a boxed item and sent in a soft envelope the box that contained the gift had some damage to it, but not enough to bother with hassel of sending it back. would advise more robust packaging!

I ordered two gifts from Prezzybox, one of which I have received which is very good. The service was excellent, however the delivery company Yodel which you use, have not been very encouraging. They delivered a parcel 3 times at times when I was absent from my house. On the morning of the second attempt at posting the parcel which required my signature, I telephoned the driver directly and told him that I would be home after 3pm, when I got home, he had attempted to deliver the parcel at 2.45pm, he then tried to deliver his third attempt at 10.45am the next day, even though I told him on his mobile phone that I would not be home until after 3pm every day!!. So I cannot rate the other parcel, as I have still not received it!! Apparently I am supposed to travel 41 minutes to collect it from the nearest depot, which would cost more in petrol, than the item that I ordered! I appreciate that they tried three times, but if the driver had passed the message along, the third attempt might have had more success.

I liked what I ordered- crazy men’s golf socks but there were no sizes- hope they fit

hello the quality of the present i bought was really nice and presentable but i didn't like how i paid more money for it to come on saturday and it came on monday or tuesday. Either then that thankyou

Was quite disappointed with my recent purchase; the images on the website gave the impression that the notebooks I bought were larger than they turned out to be in reality. They are decent enough, but not really good value for the size/quality, despite the personalisation option.

Gift great but after reading 1/2days delivery and ordering on Tuesday for a party on Saturday, order confirmation said delivery up till following Tuesday! As such didn't have gift in time for party.

Hi Christina, The 1-2 days shown is how long the item takes to be dispatched from our external partners. We always show a delivery estimate breakdown in the checkout so this can be double checked before purchase. Hope this helps!

The recipient of this present was very pleased with the product but very unhappy that the parcel was left outside their front door which is very close to the pavement where anyone passing could have seen and taken it. They only looked to see if it had arrived because they were told to expect a parcel. As they only use their back door it was lucky they went to look.

Prezzybox website fine but still waiting for delivery. Seems to have gone missing twice according to the Hermes courier service. ?? Always had problems with Hermes. Needs reviewing. Still waiting even though delivery should have been Wednesday 17th October ???

Bought the unicorn bath bombs. They look great and I am sure my niece will love them. My only suggest would be to send them in a box rather than an envelop as some of them are damaged from postage.

The cookie was "okay", I'm glad I didn't pay any more than £7 for it. It was decorated with the writing I provided but it was very, very basic. A couple of Jazzles around the outside, that was it.

Choc pizza fab ! Thanks ,printed socks ,,,,,, cheap looking and seem very large , don't tnink thy will wash very well AND very expensive

The product is okay, however I received no confirmation that my item had been delivered to Argos. When I visited the locak Argos to check, yes the item had been delivered but Prezzybox had not provided Argos with the necessary information to allow them to mail me that it was in store. Unacceptable.

I ordered two gifts separately,one of them was half opened. I assume the design of the package makes the delivery person curious... One of the pair of socks was too small for the sizes advertised.
