“Was quite looking forward to using prezzyboz, didn't realise they was dropahipping company. They promise your parcel will be sent via a tracking number but in reality third party send your gift and does not use one so you might as well just source the product yourself and go directly to them and cut out the middleman that is just creaming off the top. Other than that it arrived late but the product itself is really good quality.”

“Unfortunately my original order never arrived, however when I rang to say this the gentleman was extremely helpful, gave me a refund and resent 1 of my items for next day delivery which arrived by 10am so I'm extremely pleased with the customer service, as for the item its fabulous, quirky and really unusual and my nephew loves it.”

“I attempted to buy and eye massager. Product quality wasn't great but it was pretty cheap. Customer service was really good as I attempted to send the item back though.”

“Items weren't very good. I bought a chair massager which was more like a chair vibrator and an ice tankard which while it does make drinks colder it is too small for a real drink”

“I ordered 3 gifts for my Dads Birthday. Once I’d paid for the order, only then did I find out the delivery dates (one was after his Birthday but two actually arrived beforehand. The gifts were good quality and original However I live in France and wasn’t able to order for uk whilst having an address in France. I had to use an address in uk as the ordering address. Also I would’ve liked to send the items as gifts and there was no obvious way of writing a short message to accompany them or making sure that my dad didn’t see the price”

“Beautiful gift but presentation poor in fact no presentation at all. Doesn't live up to its name "prezzy box" as the gift was not boxed at all therefore not fit to give as a prezzy!”
