“I was pleased with my order except for one item where the order in the wording was in the wrong order. It should have read Barry and Kate Happy Christmas 2016. Love always Mum xxx . Instead love always Mum was on the first line instead of the bottom. Quite disappointing.”

“Ordered 4 of the same item but only 1 arrived. Had to make a phone call and send pictures by email to confirm only 1 had been sent. The other 3 items arrived a few days later. Having clarified that, I'm not too sure the quality of the poo head game warrants the price charged. Reckon it most probably cost them a mere fraction of the price paid to actually make them.”
