“Arrived earlier than expected, but unfortunately box was squashed at one end. Hoping contents is not damaged but as it is an advent calendar there no way to check until each window is opened!”

“Unfortunately you were unable to send a gift card with my present which I think is a real disadvantage. I rang the recipient to let her know who the present was from but would have rather had a card included. Not sure if I will use Prezzybox again because of this.”

“Labels on sweet jar were creased. Would have been better to send labels separately so they could be put on carefully. Think my grandchildren will like them though at Christmas.”

“Ordered a large towel/towelling blanket. The quality was very poor. I called up and they sent me a new one out next day delivery which was great. Quality still not amazing and keeping as promised to my daughter. Service great, quality poor”

“The gift I ordered was a personalised pint glass which looked fan, however I was a bit disappointed with how it arrived. As your name is prezzybox I assumed the glass would come in a proper box as it was a gift for someone. To have to give it to someone in the sending packing was a little frustrating.”

“Simple, reasonably easy to use website. Good products. Would have been great to have a gift wrapping and card option. I purchased the product from overseas but when putting my details in the website, it required a UK postcode for me.”

“It had a good selection of prezzy's. An easy site to use. I was unhappy that having 2 presents delivered to people with birthdays, there was no option for writing a gift card. One recipient nearly returned her gift as she thought it was a sales ploy, and was about to return it.”
