Delivery was very prompt. However, on delivery it was not as ordered, on calling the member of staff was very apologetic and advised he would arrange for despatch the same day. I received a call from him a little later to advise that the item I had ordered was in fact, out of stock so I opted to keep the original delivery. If not for this error then I would have given a higher rating.

My watch does not work! It records sound but all you can hear is the ticking of the hands. Other than that it looks OK How do I return this product?

I was a little disappointed with my purchase as I was expecting a selection of front pages from a varaity of newspapers, not just the Daily Mirror. A lot of the Daily Mirror front pages are only photos, so there was not much 'news' .

Excellent product but the packaging was badly damaged when I received my delivery despite it having 'fragile' tape around the box

I bought extensively from Prezzybox last year and have purchased a couple of items recently. One of the items was ok, but the Mini Retro radio was absolutely rubbish. It wouldn't work and although I had the option of returning it, decided that the trouble it would have caused just wasn't worth the effort. I may use them again but will be very careful in what I order. A few items I received last year were not very good.

The delivery date was up to the 21st July. I received one before then but the other did not arrive until 22nd. Ot was a leaving present for a friend leaving the school I teach in. The school I now closed and friend left without present. It has arrived but it now means I have to do the 25 mile trip to collect it then go to friends to give it to her.

Contents of box: crayons, paints etc looked good. Layout well designed. Lovely lettering on box. However very cheap box- chipped at one corner and split where hinge attached ar back. Disappointing.

While I got my discount using code which Prezzybox did not give me I was not allowed my cashback through topcashback despite paying for item online. The item is nice, hopefully will help me grow Tomatoes but it is just a shallow thick plantpot and a glass casing with an opening for the air. I also felt the packaging could be been better, strong box, smaller box and less leaflets etc. Disappointed with service but nice item.

sorry but my first experience has not been good - the item I ordered arrived okay and there was no issues with either ordering or delivery but the product was broken so I am now without the product I wanted as I await a replacement. Hopefully the replacement experience will be better.

Good website and speedy delivery, however although I was happy with the product it did arrive in a slightly damaged packaging, seeing as it was bought as a present I wasn't too happy and had to do a bit of improv on its presentation.

Games on retro TV games console not as expected. Thought it contained space invaders, crazy kong, pac man etc but disappointed.

All my products were great, delivery was quick, packaging was great. But I received literally no emails to confirm my purchase or that it had been dispatched. I enquired on the website about it and heard nothing back but thankfully my delivery turned up. Just disappointed in the communication and if I was to have to return (which I don't in this case) it would make it quite difficult.

I was initially told that my order was going to be 2-3 days and it ended up being 7. I asked the customer service team when my parcel was going to arrive and he gave me a rough estimate date of arrival, which wasn't particularly helpful. I ordered the bespoke jigsaw puzzle, and while it came in great condition, I was slightly dissapointed that it did not come with a picture inside the box of the map area that was used to create the puzzle. I'm not sure how you are meant to complete it when you haven't got any frame of reference to put the pieces back together!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with part of your item. We will pass your comments onto our supplier of the jigsaw regarding possibly including an image for reference. With regard to delivery the time shown for each product is the time for the item to be dispatched. With personalised and bespoke items this includes the time it takes to produce product.

Goods were due to be delivered between 28th June to 1st July , haven't received them yet , phoned twice and Prezzybox were waiting to hear from the supplier , haven't heard anything back yet
